Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In some situations, only partial refunds will be granted:
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1.     Check your bank account again.
2.     Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
3.     Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time before a refund is posted.
4.     If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@florancebeauty.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@florancebeauty.com before shipping the item back.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
To return a product, please contact us at support@florancebeauty.com before shipping your item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, exchange shipping times may vary.
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of returned items.
